Our clients decided to do a complete remodel of their existing kitchen, laundry and pantry areas and have spared no expense in creating a magnificent, new luxurious living area.  

Dulux Lexicon quarter strength in a matt finish was chosen for a timeless, classic look for all areas.  The more modern Colorado profile was used for a streamlined yet elegant look with decorative capping to match the ceilings. The large island features proud kicks and comfortably seats 4. 

Throughout the new remodel our clients chose two opposing, yet complimentary looks in their stone choice. Benchtops were Quantum Quartz Alpine White in a 40mm mitred edge and splashbacks were Classico Palazzo with its unique grey veining. 

In the kitchen a Falmec Siena rangehood is hidden perfectly behind the decorative rangehood and a Smeg fully integrated fridge and freezer are ingeniously incorporated at either ends of the cooktop run, behind a single door.   A single polished nickel pot filler is nicely situated over the cooktop. 

A matching Smeg oven and cooktop in the kitchen, along with a Smeg wall over in the butlers pantry, provide plenty of cooking opportunities.  The butler pantry hides a Smeg microwave, fully integrated dishwasher, along with a separate beverage fridge and 1901 single butlers sink.  This allows the kitchen to be used solely for entertaining purposes, whilst the butlers pantry serves as the “work horse”. 

The final flourish in the lavish kitchen is the 3 gorgeous, polished nickel metal pendants which hang perfectly over the stunning island and leather bar chairs.  

The laundry continues the luxurious theme with another 1901 single butlers sink, with the washing machine and dryer on either side. As with all the cabinetry, elegant, polished nickel Momo Pembrey handles and knobs have been used throughout for that added touch of sparkle! 

Vanities in both the ensuite and powder room match the new cabinetry throughout the rest of the house and incorporate top mount San Ceramica sinks with modern single taps sitting atop Quantum Quartz Alpine White in 20mm. 

We think you will agree that this new remodel ticks all the luxury boxes and will do so for many years to come.
