Sublime Hand Painted Kitchen Wayo
Thank you for the ‘beyond our dreams’ kitchen and beautiful custom-made cabinetry. We were in good hands from the first visit. Danielle provided incredible design creativity, knowledge and experience. We are extremely happy with the final product and would recommend Harrington Kitchens to anyone looking for a professional team and a quality product.
Kathryn and Lindsay, Wayo (January 2024)
Our clients based in the rolling countryside close to Goulburn wanted a kitchen that would suit their lifestyle and create a statement which they have more than achieved!
A stunning medium antiqued hand painted finish adorns the kitchen cabinetry, with Dulux Lexicon quarter strength over the sultry Dulux Domino. The island was colour matched to the blue of our client’s Falcon cooker. In the butlers pantry Dulux Lexicon quarter was used in a satin finish to add a touch of glamour. Stunning cross hatched upper cabinetry allows the cabinetry lighting to shine and creates another level of elegance.
Throughout the kitchen and butlers pantry YDL Angel Falls in a 40mm mitred edge was used and the soft grey/blue veining perfectly compliments the blue accents throughout, including the hand laid splashback tiles in the kitchen and blue subway tiles in the butlers pantry.
The butlers pantry incorporates Tassie Oak woodmatt in the wall shelving for a touch of warmth and is the perfect place for the Miele White Coffee Machine integrated into the wall cabinetry.
In the kitchen our clients chose to use a Schweigen rangehood, and the integrated dishwasher and fridge both disappear perfectly into the island and wall cabinetry. An elegant Turner Novi butlers sink makes a dramatic statement on the island, with a smaller Cuisine butler sink in the butlers pantry. The kitchen and butlers pantry both showcase Gessis Mixers in a chrome finish which matches the chrome handles.
The laundry/mudroom again utilises a colour matched blue with dark anthracite carcasses within the cabinetry. The benchtop continues the theme of the kitchen with YDL Angel Falls and the box shelves are Polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt. A Cuisine drop in dog bath is conveniently placed at floor level and a Cuisine sink sits under the window against a backdrop of the hand laid splashback matching tiles.
The vanity has again been privately colour matched in a satin finish with YDL Angel Falls in a 20mm edge. The gloss kit kat wall tiles add the perfect glamorous touch.
A home to be enjoyed for many years to come – elegant, luxurious, practical and timeless.
